Pan Sauteed Onions And Pears - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 firm pears
    2 Tbsp. sweet butter
    1 medium onion, thinly sliced
    fresh ground pepper
    minced parsley
    lemon juice (optional)
Preparation
    Quarter the pears; core and pare, slice lengthwise 1/4-inch thick.
    Heat 1 tablespoon of butter, stirring often.
    Saute onions until golden brown.
    Remove and reserve.
