Turkey Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. (3 c.) uncooked noodles
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt substitute seasonings
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1 c. low-fat Cheddar cheese, shredded
    2 c. nonfat milk
    3 c. turkey, cooked and diced
Preparation
    Cook noodles and broccoli as directed on the packages.
    Drain. Melt margarine; stir in flour and seasonings.
    Add milk slowly; cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
    Remove from heat; add cheese and stir until melted.
    Dice broccoli stems and leaves; keep flowerets whole.
    Place noodles, broccoli stems and turkey in an 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Pour cheese sauce over ingredients in baking dish.
    Arrange broccoli flowerets on top, pressing them into sauce.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for about 25 minutes or until bubbly.
    Makes 6 servings (1 cup size).
