Onion-Cheese Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion, lightly browned
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. packed biscuit mix
    1 c. shredded American cheese
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Mix egg, milk, then biscuit mix.
    Add onion, half of the cheese and parsley.
    Put in an 8-inch round greased pan.
    Sprinkle leftover cheese and butter over top.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
