Lemon Buttered Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. arrowroot
    2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    3/4 c. cold water
    yellow food coloring
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan and stir in arrowroot.
    Add lemon juice and water; cook the mixture over moderate heat until it simmers. Stir in the food coloring a drop at a time until sauce is buttery yellow; serve sauce over hot broccoli.
    Makes 6 servings.
