Shrimp Salad With Peas(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. fresh shrimp, cooked
    2/3 c. mayonnaise
    3 Tbsp. heavy cream or half and half
    1 c. diced celery
    4 hard-cooked eggs
    1 c. cooked peas
    1 head lettuce
Preparation
    Clean cooked shrimp, peel and devein.
    Thin mayonnaise with cream and mix all ingredients together.
    Season with Old Bay and dry mustard.
    Serve on top of lettuce.
