Apple And Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can crushed pineapple, drained (reserve juice)
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 eggs
    2 to 3 apples, chopped
    1/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. marshmallow cream
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
Preparation
    Cook cornstarch, sugar and eggs in pineapple juice; use whip. Add marshmallow cream; add crushed pineapple and set aside to cool. Using a mixer, whip the cream.
    After thickened, use full speed. After mixture is cool, blend with the whipped cream.
    Add apples.
