Corned Beef Salad Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. mayo (24 Tbsp.)
    1 1/4 c. sour cream (10 oz.)
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 tsp. Beau Monde spice
    2 tsp. dill weed
    1/2 to 1 lb. chipped corned beef
    1 large loaf pumpernickel
    party rye
Preparation
    Combine ingredients in bowl (except pumpernickel and party rye).
    Cut out loaf and scoop mixture into loaf.
    Reserve inside of loaf (cut up) for dipping.
    Serve with party rye.
    Best if made and chilled for several hours before serving or overnight.
