Baked Butternut Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. butternut squash, cooked
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 dash mace
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add sugar and flour; beat in.
    Add squash, vanilla and lemon; mix well.
    Melt margarine in baking dish; add to mixture and stir in.
    Pour all into dish.
    Sprinkle with mace before baking.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Remove when firm from a gentle shake.
    Serves 6.
