7-Up Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 sticks margarine
1/2 c. Crisco
3 c. sugar
5 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. lemon extract
3 c. flour
7 oz. 7-Up
2 c. Herman
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. soda
1 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. raisins (optional)
1 c. chopped pecans (optional)
1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. butter

Preparation

To bake Herman, combine first 11 ingredients.
Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch or 2 jelly roll pans or muffin pans.
Before baking, sprinkle with 1 tablespoon flour, 1 tablespoon cinnamon, brown sugar and 1/4 cup butter crumbled together.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
If desired, drizzle with icing mixture of powdered sugar, milk and vanilla while cake is warm.
