Spiced Mixed Fruit - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3/4 c. water
1/4 tsp. dried rosemary leaves, crushed
2 (2-inch) cinnamon sticks
1/4 tsp. whole cloves
2 (8 oz.) cans pineapple chunks, drained
2 c. sliced apples
4 c. orange sections
1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Combine sugar, water, rosemary, cinnamon and cloves in saucepan.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Remove from heat; cool and strain.
In mixing bowl, combine pineapple, apples, orange sections and lemon juice.
Pour strained syrup over fruit and mix well.
Chill.
Serves 10.
