Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 3/4 c. cooked pumpkin
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1 2/3 c. evaporated milk or 1 large can (12 oz.)
Preparation
    Mix ingredients in order given.
    Pour into uncooked pie crust (9 or 10-inch).
    Bake in hot oven (425\u00b0) for 15 minutes then reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 45 minutes or until silver knife inserted in center comes out clean.
