Chocolate Truffle Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 cups chocolate sandwich cookie crumbs
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
3 packages, 8 oz. each, cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
8 squares Baker's Semi-Sweet chocolate, melted, slightly cooled
1/4 cup hazelnut liqueur, optional
Preparation

Mix crumbs and 2 Tbsp. butter. Press onto bottom of greased 9 inch spring form pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition, just until blended. Blend in melted chocolate and liqueur. Pour over crust. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 5 minutes or until center is almost set. Run knife or metal spatula around rim or pan to loosen cake. Cool before removing rim of pan. Refrigerate.
