Sherry Crabmeat Quiche(Perfect For A Brunch!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Pillsbury pie crust
    2 Tbsp. minced scallions
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    4 eggs
    2 c. whipping cream
    3/4 tsp. salt
    12 oz. fresh, canned or frozen crabmeat
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    2 Tbsp. sherry
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 lb. pkg. dough
    1 c. sauce
    Parmesan cheese
    Crisco (to grease baking sheet)
    toppings desired (peppers, olives, onions, pepperoni)
    Mozzarella cheese
    oil
Preparation
    Grease baking sheet.
    Let dough warm to room temperature in its bag.
    Once warm, place in baking sheet with towel covering it until dough rises, about 4 to 5 hours.
