Hot Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 gal. tomatoes, peeled and chopped
2 large onions, chopped
2 large bell peppers, chopped
6 to 10 jalapeno peppers, chopped
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/8 c. salt
6 cloves garlic, chopped
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Cook about 1 hour.
Seal in jars.
