Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. cocoa
4 Tbsp. flour
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. milk
3 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation

Combine cocoa, flour and sugar; mix thoroughly.
Add 1 1/2 cups milk and eggs.
Cook either on top of stove, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Remove from burner and add vanilla and margarine or cook in microwave oven on Medium for 5 minutes; stir.
Repeat and stir.
Cook 3 minutes on Medium-high and continue until thickened.
Add margarine and vanilla.
Top with Cool Whip or meringue.
