Stir Fried Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. pork loin, cut into 1 inch cubes
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. fresh ground pepper
    3 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 1/2 tsp. corn starch
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 onion cut into thin slices
    3 carrots, cut into 2 inch long slices, about 1/2 inch wide
    1/2 lb. bok choy, cut into 1 inch pieces (about 3 cups)
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. celery seeds
    1/2 c. canned low sodium chicken broth
    1/4 c. fresh orange juice
Preparation
    In medium bowl, toss pork loin with 1/4 tsp. salt and pepper. In a large fry pan or wok, heat 1 Tbsp. oil.
    Add half the pork and cook, stirring until browned, 2-3 minutes.
    Remove, Repeat with another Tbsp. oil and remaining pork.
    Remove.
