Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag frozen hash browns, thawed
    1 stick butter
    1 lb. sour cream
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix ingredients (except cheese).
    Put in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Top with cheese.
    Bake uncovered for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 375\u00b0.
