Okara(Bean Curd Residue Dish) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 1/2 c. okara
    1/2 c. string beans, chopped
    1 c. carrots, cut to matchstick size
    1/3 c. shredded dried shrimp
    1 handful dried mushrooms, soaked in 1 c. water to soften
    3 Tbsp. shoyu
    2 tsp. salt
    7 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. gourmet powder
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 c. green onions, cut in 1/2 inch lengths
Preparation
    Cut
    mushrooms\tin
    small
    strips and boil (in water in which mushrooms have been soaked) together with shrimp for 10 minutes. Add
    carrots
    and
    beans
    until tender.
    Season with shoyu,
    salt, sugar
    and
    gourmet powder and cook few minutes longer.
    Heat
    a large skillet, adding oil.\tAdd the vegetable mixture
    and\tstir in\tthe okara until well blended, stirring constantly to prevent burning on the bottom.
    Add green onions a few minutes before removing from stove.
    Okara should be dry and flaky.
    It is also good and healthy!
