Roxanna'S Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. melted margarine
    4 eggs
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. soda
    3 c. grated raw carrots
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream sugar and margarine.
    Add eggs and lightly hand beat. Add flour and other ingredients.
    Beat lightly again.
    Fold in carrots and nuts.
    Makes 3 layers.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes.
