Basic Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    3 c. warm water
    1/3 c. honey
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. flour
    5 to 6 c. flour
Preparation
    Moisten yeast in water water; add honey, oil, salt and flour. (For variation, also add 1 to 2 cups oatmeal, wheat cereal, etc.) Let sit 1/2 hour or until sponge forms.
    Mix in 5 to 6 cups flour and knead until smooth.
    Cover with warm damp cloth and let rise until double.
    Mix down and let rise again.
    Form into 3 loaves; let rise again.
    Bake 35 to 40 minutes until golden.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 in oven.
