Monkey Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 pkg. yeast
3 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Combine sugar, butter, milk and salt.
Heat until butter melts; cool to 105\u00b0.
Add yeast and stir until dissolves.
Place flour in bowl.
Make well and pour in liquid; blend well.
Cover and let rise 1 1/2 hours.
Roll on floured surface to 1/4-inch thick; cut into 3-inch squares.
Melt 1 stick butter; dip each square in butter and arrange in a 10-inch pan.
At this point, you may refrigerate overnight and let rise 2 hours or let rise 30 minutes. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Takes about 3 hours from start to finish.
