Garden Spiral Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. pasta spirals
1/2 c. hard salami, cut into strips
1/2 c. pepperoni, cut into small pieces
1 c. cucumber, peeled and coarsely chopped
1/3 c. green pepper, coarsely chopped
1/3 c. thinly sliced red onion rings
2 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 c. Provolone cheese, cubed
1/3 c. black olives, sliced
1/2 to 3/4 c. Italian herb salad dressing
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook pasta spirals in 4 quarts of boiling water (salt if desired) for 9 to 11 minutes or until tender.
Drain and rinse with cold water to cool.
Combine the remaining ingredients, except for the Italian dressing, and chill.
When ready to serve, toss the salad mixture with the Italian dressing.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serves 6 to 8.
