Barbecued Pecans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. catsup
2 dashes hot sauce
4 c. pecan halves
salt
Preparation

Melt butter in a large saucepan; add Worcestershire sauce, catsup and hot sauce.
Stir in nuts; spoon into a glass baking dish, spreading evenly.
Bake at 400\u00b0 (preheat) about 20 minutes, stirring frequently.
Turn out on absorbent towels and sprinkle with salt.
Yields 25 servings.
