Poor Man'S Brunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box frozen peas and carrots
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 1/2 cans whole milk
    1/2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon
    English muffins
    sliced tomatoes
    shredded cheese
Preparation
    In a medium saucepan, cook peas and carrots.
    Drain.
    Add cream of chicken soup, whole milk and chicken bouillon.
    Heat over medium heat until hot.
    Serve on toasted English muffins.
    Garnish with sliced tomatoes and shredded cheese for that \"fancy look\" or try over pasta instead for a more hearty fair.
