Ingredients

3 egg yolks, beaten
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
6 oz. fresh frozen coconut
1 Tbsp. oleo
Preparation

In 2-quart double boiler, combine sugar and cornstarch. Add beaten
yolks
and milk.
Add vanilla; stir and cook until thick. Remove
from
stove
and
add
oleo and coconut.
Stir until melted.
Pour in baked pie shell.
