Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. potatoes
    8 oz. sour cream
    1/4 stick softened butter
    1 medium onion
    8 oz. shredded mild cheese
    1 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
    1 small can mushrooms, drained
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, sliced
Preparation
    Quarter potatoes and cook with onions until tender.
    Drain potatoes and mix with sour cream and butter.
    Spread half of potato mixture in a greased 2-quart casserole dish.
    Sprinkle shredded cheese over mixture, then layer with potato mixture, mushrooms and bacon crumbs and top with Velveeta cheese slices.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese melts.
