Marinated Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    round steak (at least 1-inch thick)
    meat tenderizer
    garlic powder
    soy sauce
    brown sugar
Preparation
    Place round steak in nonmetal container large enough so it will lay flat.
    Sprinkle with meat tenderizer; poke in with a fork.
    Sprinkle with garlic powder; poke in with a fork.
    Sprinkle with brown sugar and soy sauce; poke in with a fork.
    Turn steak over; repeat sprinkling and poking.
    Cover container; refrigerate for 1 to 3 days.
    Cook over medium coals on the grill.
    It can also be broiled in the oven, but the grill is the best.
