Holiday Pork Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. pork loin roast
    2 Tbsp. dry mustard
    2 tsp. thyme
    1/2 c. sherry
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    2 cloves garlic
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    1 (10 oz.) jar jelly
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. sherry
Preparation
    Melt jelly.
    Add soy sauce and sherry.
    Simmer 2 minutes. Serve in separate dish with roast.
    Makes 10 to 12 servings.
