Brown Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small onions, chopped
    1 whole green pepper, chopped
    4 oz. mushrooms, chopped
    2 sticks margarine
    2 c. raw rice
    2 cans beef consomme
Preparation
    Melt margarine, then saute onions, pepper and mushroom together.
    Add mixture to rice.
    Add consomme last.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
