Potato Croquettes(Left Over Mashed Potatoes) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

left over mashed potatoes (cold from the fridge)
1 tsp. parsley
1 egg
grated cheese (optional)
bread crumbs (about 1/3 c.; depends on amount of potatoes)
Preparation

Mix all of the ingredients.
If if feels too soft, add a little more bread crumbs, but not too much as it ruins the flavor.
Put some bread crumbs in a piece of wax paper to put on the croquette before frying.
Put some oil in frypan and get it hot, while that is getting hot, make the croquette.
Wet the palms of your hand and make a patty the size you want.
Now put it in the wax paper with crumbs and coat the patty.
Place in the frypan and brown on both sides and your croquettes are ready to eat.
