Zucchini Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 c. Bisquick
    scant 1/2 c. oil
    1/4 c. milk
    3 c. zucchini, cubed
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 c. grated cheese (or cubed if Velveeta)
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add Bisquick, oil and milk.
    Mix all together with zucchini, onion and cheese.
    Pour in a greased 9-inch pie pan. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
