Hearty Turkey Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. turkey breast tenderloin
    3 to 4 tsp. olive oil
    8 small red potatoes (quartered)
    4 medium carrots (cut 1/2-inch thick) or small bag baby carrots
    1 c. celery, cut fine
    2 large onions, sliced
    4 cloves garlic, chopped
    2 tsp. flour
    10 3/4 oz. chicken broth (use low sodium instant chicken broth)
    1 c. dry red wine
    1 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
    Heat oil over medium-high heat in 5-quart Dutch oven, until oil sizzles.
    Cut tenderloin into 1/2-inch slices.
    Place turkey, potatoes, carrots, celery, onions and garlic in a pan.
    Cook and stir frequently until turkey is no longer pink (about 10 minutes).
