No Bake Peanut Butter Chip Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. (12 oz. pkg.) Reese's peanut butter chips
    1 Tbsp. shortening
    5 c. cornflakes cereal, coarsely crushed
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Melt peanut butter chips and shortening in top of a double boiler over hot water.
    Stir until smooth and creamy.
    Combine cereal, melted chips and raisins; stir until cereal is coated. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a waxed paper lined cookie sheet. Cover; chill for 1 hour.
