Broccoli Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 sticks oleo
2 pkg. Jiffy corn meal mix
10 oz. frozen broccoli
4 eggs
1/2 c. grated cheese

Preparation

Melt oleo in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish or larger.
Mix all ingredients except cheese together.
Pour in baking dish and top with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serve hot.
Can be reheated in microwave.
