Amish Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 slices toasted bread, cut in 1/2-inch cubes
    2 c. diced, cooked potatoes
    1 c. shredded carrots
    3 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    6 eggs, well beaten
    1 qt. chicken stock
    2 c. cooked, diced chicken
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine bread cubes, potatoes, carrots, celery and parsley.
    Add beaten eggs and chicken stock.
    Fold in diced chicken.
    Mix all ingredients until blended.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 in a well buttered 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan for 45 to 50 minutes until firm.
    Serves 12 to 16.
