Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. tofu (hard)
3/4 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Put ingredients into blender; blend until smooth.
Pour into 9-inch granola or graham cracker crust.
Freeze.
Thaw 10 minutes before serving.
