Fiesta Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 boneless/skinless chicken breasts
    1 pkg. Lawry's enchilada sauce mix
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 c. sour cream
    2 c. grated Jack cheese
Preparation
    Mix enchilada mix and tomato sauce.
    Coat chicken in mixture and place in crock-pot.
    Cover chicken with leftover mix.
    Cook on high 1 hour or low 4 to 5 hours.
    Remove chicken.
    Stir in cheese and sour cream.
    Return chicken.
    Cook on low 30 minutes to 1 hour.
    Serve.
