Minestrone Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Italian sausage links
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 c. diced onion
    1 clove garlic minced
    1 c. sliced carrots
    1 Tbsp. crumbled basil
    2 small zucchini sliced
    1 can (10 3/4oz) beef bouillon
    2 c. finely shredded cabbage
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 cans diced or stewed tomatoes
    1 can (16 oz) great northern beans, undrained
Preparation
    Slice sausage about 1/2 inch thick.
    Brown in oil.
    Add onion, garlic, carrots and basil.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Add zucchini, tomatoes and liquid, bouillon, cabbage and pepper.
    Bring soup to boil. Reduce heat and simmer covered 1 hour.
    Add beans with liquid, cook another 20 minutes.
