Grilled Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    baking potatoes
    onions
    Italian dressing
Preparation
    Wash potatoes.
    Slice crosswise or lengthwise in 1/4-inch slices.
    Peel and slice onions.
    On a piece of foil, alternate slices of potato and onion.
    Pour Italian dressing over and close foil securely.
    Cook on a hot grill, turning once in about 30 minutes.
    Check for tenderness.
    May be cooked in the microwave in a covered dish instead of foil.
