Crustless Potato Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs, beaten
    12 oz. frozen hash browns, thawed
    1 c. shredded Swiss, Monterey Jack or mild Cheddar cheese
    1 large green onion, chopped fine
    1/2 c. cream-style cottage cheese
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    paprika
    6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Preparation
    Combine first 8 ingredients and stir well.
    Pour mixture into a lightly greased 9-inch pie plate.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes, until set.
    Sprinkle bacon evenly on top; bake an additional 5 minutes.
    Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
