Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can pineapple, drained (set juice aside)
    1 stick margarine or butter
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese (mild or Longhorn), cut into small squares
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
    2 heaping Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Melt margarine in small saucepan.
    Stir in flour, being sure to smash lumps.
    Stir in juice from can of pineapple.
    Bring to a boil and stir until thickened.
