The Best Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. vegetable oil or melted butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. unsifted flour
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/3 c. Hershey's cocoa
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Blend oil, sugar and vanilla in a mixing bowl.
    Add eggs and beat well with spoon.
    Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt; gradually add to egg mixture until well blended.
    Stir in nuts.
    Spread in greased 9-inch square pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until brownie begins to pull away from edge of pan. Cool in pan.
    Yields approximately 16 brownies.
