Berliners - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 hard-boiled eggs
    4 raw egg yolks
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. butter
    5 c. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mash yolks of hard-boiled eggs until smooth.
    Add rest of ingredients.
    Roll in small strips the size of small finger and 5 inches long.
    Make into a figure 8 and top with whipped egg white before baking.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for about 8 minutes.
    Watch closely as they burn easily.
