Jewish Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 or 4 apples, peeled and sliced thin
2 tsp. cinnamon
5 Tbsp. sugar
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
6 oz. orange juice
4 eggs
1 c. vegetable oil
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix all together.
Pour a little of the batter in a pan.
Add some of the apple mixture.
Repeat until all is used up, ending with batter on top.
Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
