Stuffed Mayonnaise Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 lb.) pkg. chicken thighs, defrosted
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 box stuffing mix
    ground pepper
Preparation
    You
    will
    need
    toothpicks
    for this
    recipe.\tPrepare stuffing as directed on box.
    Debone chicken
    thighs.
    Place 2 tablespoons prepared stuffing mix in each
    chicken thigh (skin side out); hold together with toothpicks.
    Place chicken close together in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan (skin\tside
    up).
    Spread mayonnaise\ton
    top
    of
    chicken.
    Sprinkle
    with
    pepper
    (as desired).
    Bake in the oven at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour, or until top is browned.
    With turkey baster, remove all
    oil from pan. Serve warm.
