Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. chopped apples
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
3 well beaten eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
3 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix apples, sugar and oil together, then add eggs, soda, salt, flour and vanilla.
Pour into rectangular baking pan.
Put into cold oven and turn to 325\u00b0.
Bake 1 hour.
