Smothered Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 lean pork chops
2 Tbsp. flour
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. sour cream
paprika (sprinkle to taste)
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Saute pork chops in skillet until brown.
Arrange in baking dish.
Sprinkle flour, paprika, salt and pepper over chops. Combine soup, water, sour cream, onions and parsley in bowl.
Pour over chops.
Cover.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour or until tender. Uncover.
Bake for 5 minutes longer.
Serve with rice, noodles or mashed potatoes.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
