Olive Parmesan Potato Topper - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. sliced pitted ripe olives
1/2 c. chopped sweet red or green pepper
1/2 c. sliced green onions
1/8 tsp. ground pepper
Preparation

Combine mayonnaise, sour cream and Parmesan cheese. Stir in olives, red pepper, onions and ground pepper.
Serve as a topper with baked potatoes or as a dip with assorted vegetables.
Makes about 2 cups.
