Carrot Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. salad oil
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. sifted flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. grated, raw carrots
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix oil, sugar and eggs.
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Add carrots, vanilla and oil mixture together.
    Add nut meats.
    Stir lightly. Pour into well-greased loaf pan.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
