Shrimp Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices white bread (crusts removed)
    1 1/2 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
    1/2 lb. Old English cheese slices
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    salt to taste
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Grease a 1 1/2 to 2-quart casserole.
    Cut bread and cheese in quarters.
    Layer bread, shrimp, cheese and one-half of the melted butter.
    Repeat layers.
